This beautiful morning, we will take our verse of scripture from the book of Acts. While doing devotions, this small sentence stood out to me for it's simplistic statement of the gospel.
It sums up a foundation and commitment.
Acts 2:21 (NIV) ~ "And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Acts 2:21 (KJV) ~ "And it shall pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Just breath in that truth, our hope. When we call on the name of the Lord, we WILL be saved. Rest in that today and let it carry your every joy, worry, musing, and circumstance. Amen...
