1 Corinthians 3:16 tells us this: "Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwelleth in you?"
Ok, I believe enough is said to help me understand a LOT! But it is also such a glorious promise.
1.) I AM A TEMPLE: Whew, that is a little scary!
2.) SPIRIT OF GOD DWELLS IN ME?: What a comfort! He is always inside me guiding me.
Now, you may feel one of those ways, or both, or something completely different! But I believe this verse is meant to caution us and excite us. As believers, we need to be concerned about how we act and what we do. Because we represent God.
And we also need to be estatic that God gives the Holy Spirit to us to always be in us and guide us.
